Policy Review & Automation Consulting

Reviewing company policies to ensure robust payroll practices, interpreting them and legislation for automated system configurations (such as timekeeping software), and optimising the workflow between HR policy and payroll execution.

Complete management of routine monthly and weekly payroll cycles, data capturing, net pay calculations, and internal reconciliations.

Precise processing and submission of monthly EMP201s, bi-annual EMP501 reconciliations, and tax year-end procedures.

Handling new company and employee registrations alongside mandatory monthly declarations to the Department of Labour.

Accurate compilation, calculation, and timely submission of annual Return of Earnings (ROE) via the Compensation Fund portal.

Facilitating and preparing clear, organised paper trails for Department of Labour (DoL), COIDA, and SARS audits or compliance verifications.

Tracking annual, sick, and family responsibility leave cycles alongside managing 3rd-party medical aid, provident fund, and deduction schemes.

Designing tailored payroll summaries, statutory reports, and custom general ledger mapping to streamline business accounting.
