Fatima van Toorn is a HR and Labour Specialist and the founder and owner of FvT HR Consulting. With 30+ years of experience in HR, Fatima specialises in HR and Labour Relations, providing strategic and operational direction for all HR-related areas.
Her specialised services include employment contract drafting, dealing with disciplinary and incapacity matters, providing assistance with CCMA matters, organisational restructuring, and drafting of HR Policies and HR Procedures.
Fatima also has a passion for facilitating labour relations training and enabling managers and HR teams to effectively navigate the complexities of managing their teams.
Fatima has a BA Degree in Counselling Psychology which enables her to deal with and mediate Labour Relations matters in a holistic manner and not only from a compliance and legal perspective.
